Lily joined Novo's SentWell team in May 2008. Called to be a safe, healing “sent” presence in the lives of cross-cultural workers, Lily desires to facilitate holistic rest, restoration, renewal, and resources for resiliency in the lives of these workers. She longs to see the expansion of the Kingdom of God through the multiplication of healthy leaders.

Serving both Novo staff and the broader missions community, Lily works collaboratively with a team of other counselors, spiritual directors, coaches, and trainers. Together, they provide retreats, training events, and individualized care for individuals, families, teams, and mission organizations both at the Selah Hub in Spain, on-site when called upon, and via internet communication platforms. Lily's areas of specialization include counseling, spiritual accompaniment, healing prayer, hospitality, crisis debriefing, grief and loss, and transitions.
